Erin Diliberto,  founder of Piece of Cake Parties, has been throwing parties for the past 18 years. Erin has four children, 2 step-sons 19 & 17 and twin daughters who are 18. Erin always threw great parties for them and as they got older and no longer were interested in having parties she started throwing parties for the adults in her life.

Erin and her husband Edward would host at least one party a year at their house just for the fun of it, having up to 50 guests come and party and enjoy meeting all the friends that they have in their life that may not meet otherwise.

The one party that was the turning point for Erin was throwing a big surprise party for her husband’s 40th birthday, not only was it a complete surprise, but the party itself was the best party they had ever been to and Erin heard that from the guests at that party as well. She realized that she had found her calling.

Erin is now throwing a 40th birthday party for her brother-in-law, she and her sister have been working on this for about a year and it is sure to be a grand farewell to his 30’s. It was during the planning of this party that Erin decided to start her own business to help others throw great parties for their loved ones and friends, as well. Erin loves organizing and planning the parties and always wants to incorporate at least one item that will make that party stand out from all others.

Erin has worked in the technology field for the past 12 years in a customer support, account manager & a service coordinator role.
